With over 25 years' experience in the corporate world as a consultant and change management coach , I have also recently discovered, through "Les Papotes", an ability to communicate directly with the inner parts of a person (soul, personality, belief system, etc.) or a system (company, department, team, job, etc.), and thereby bringing to light elements of the solution that are not directly visible.
